About the Programme
Birthing Bridges is a perinatal wellbeing programme designed to support women and families through pregnancy, birth and the early postnatal period. Rooted in community, cultural awareness and lived experience, this programme creates a safe, nurturing space where parents feel seen, informed and supported.
We understand that for many families (particularly those from underserved communities) the journey into parenthood can feel overwhelming, isolating and, at times, unsupported. Birthing Bridges exists to change that.
